René Grissom is originally from the Northeast and studied Interior Design at the Art Institute of Philadelphia. She moved to Florida in 1989 to be an on site designer for a large community developer.

She has over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial design and has been involved in all stages, from construction, space planning, custom fabrication of window treatments, bedspreads and area rugs to placing that last accessory.
